Is this for beginners or advanced negotiators?

Both. The foundations are shared, then practice is adjusted by scenario difficulty and negotiation frequency

Is it Japan specific?

It’s global-first, with strong Japan cross-cultural relevance (trust, expectations, alignment).

Will we practice real scenarios?

Yes—role plays and cases are core, not optional.

Who’s leading the workshop?

Andreas Hirl is a senior global business leader and negotiation practitioner with over 30 years of international experience across purchasing, supplier management, and strategic negotiations. He has led high-stakes negotiations in complex, multicultural environments and is known for translating negotiation theory into clear, practical tools that work in real business settings.
